Washing blade with Vulkollan® lip

For the printing units of web offset presses, ULMEX supplies wash-up blades with Vulkollan® 92 shore lip. Compared to black rubber, the wash-up blade produced in Vulkollan is characterised by excellent properties, such as resistance to mechanical stress, UV, greases and oils as well as wear. It also has a deformation index close to 0.
Due to these properties, the service life of wash-up blades with a Vulkollan® 92 Shore lip is twice as long as that of standard blades, reducing maintenance costs and machine downtime.
