Ulmex Ceramic Care System is the innovative technology available on all Evolux machines to protect the anilox ceramic during the cleaning process from damage of the ceramic surface. This technology sets new standards in the protection and cleaning quality of anilox rollers.

The unique pulsed fibre laser source is extremely flexible and allows even the frequency and pulse characteristics to be calibrated for a customised cleaning programme.



Cleaning takes place quickly, quietly and without any need for operator control, and always with guaranteed maximum effectiveness.



The ability to customise the cleaning programme allows you to remove not only inks, but also more difficult residues such as paints, adhesives and silicones, whether solvent, water or UV based.



The auto focus laser beam cleans each individual cell with equal intensity and energy, ensuring homogeneous results across the entire roller table.

The laser cleaning process does not require the use of detergents, chemical solvents or bicarbonate, which is especially important for printers in the food packaging industry who rely on sustainable technologies and materials.
