Teflon coating of mechanical parts

We apply Teflon coating on rotary machines’ mechanical parts such as collets, page separators and bent tiles, which allow copies to move easily on the fold. For this purpose we use only high-quality cementable white Teflon, with thicknesses of 1, 2 and 3 mm, combined with a specific high-resistance structural double-sided tape or alternatively a two-component glue.
