Foam pads

To accompany the sheet, foam pads are parts that comprise a supporting base made in different types of material and an upper coating.

To guarantee that the foam pads will last, in addition to the upper coating, a combined version is also available with coating in Vulkollan foam and Vulkol- lan inserts. Through the use of high quality coatings, the following can be achieved:

  • reduction of folding noise
  • more delicate treatment of the sheet 
  • reduction in number of rejected copies

Vulkollan foam - density from 0.25 to 0.65 g/ccm 
 
Supporting base

Polyurethane - ca. 95° Shore

Sheet metal - thickness 0.5 mm 
Inserts

Vulkollan - hardness from 80° to 95° Shore
